Leroy Brown is my big, sweet, mellow brown boy. His brief show career included Best of Winners at the Asheville Kennel Club Show, on the day he turned 6 months old, a Best in Sweeps at the Atlanta specialty, and a Best of Breed win before reaching a year old. At that point he got a bit too tall for the conformation ring. He is currently training in agility and obedience and shows a great deal of promise in performance. Leroy is also a certified therapy dog and is taking his turn visiting the nursing home just like his mom, Journey, and Garth.

Leroy's first try at agility, at the Dalmatian Club of America's national specialty 2004, netted him not only his first leg toward the Novice Agility title, but High in Trial Standard as well. He did not get back into the agility ring for another 9 months, but when he did, he earned his 2nd and 3rd legs in Novice standard for his NA title, and his 1st novice jumpers leg in the same weekend. What a Good Boy, Leroy Brown!

Leroy earned his first Novice obedience leg with a score of 193 at DCA 2005. He also earned his first Rally Novice leg the same day. At the Palmetto Obedience Training Club Trials 6/11/05 and 6/12/05, Leroy earned his 2nd and 3rd Novice obedience legs for his CD title. He had scores of 193.5 and 190.5 for 2 fourth place wins. I'm proud of my brownie boy.
