Journey is pointed in the breed ring but decided her real careers would be in obedience and now in therapy work. She obtained her CD in 3 shows and her CDX with 4 first place wins. Now her work is to wiggle around greeting the residents of The Laurels, a nursing facility, twice a month as a certified therapy dog with Therapy Dogs Inc. Journey's only litter were all bilaterally hearing dogs. Her son, Leroy Brown, was shown in the breed ring until he got too tall, and is currently training in agility and obedience.
